The new development of an industrial park includes three speculative buildings for warehouse and distribution centers. The buildings are tilt up, shell buildings with special DUCTILCRETE® slabs with HEIDEBED® technology. This tech provides differentiated slab systems giving warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and data centers greater flexibility in their floor space while lowering maintenance costs. The project included site work, paving, retaining walls, and landscaping.
