This facility is northwest Colorado’s most inclusive senior housing community, housing 144 total units and providing three progressive levels of care for residents. The community offers 60 skilled nursing units, 50 units of assisted living/Alzheimer’s and dementia-related care and 34 independent-living units. The project site is surrounded by water with Casey’s Pond on the west side and the Burgess Creek running on the south side. The building’s design captures the mountain aesthetics while addressing the extreme climate changes frequently experienced in the Steamboat area.
