AP completed Avanti Senior Living facility in Peoria, Arizona. The state-of-the-art facility, developed by Drive Development Partners, is 80,000 sf and includes 24 memory care suites and 70 assisted living suites.

The suites are complemented by resort-style activities and entertainment options including an exercise room with a ballet bar and a full-service salon and spa.
