He ensures that all projects are managed in a way that provides quality and responsive services to clients. Zac has been in the construction industry for over 15 years and has been with AP from the start of his career. He started as an intern and eventually became a Superintendent, gaining the knowledge needed to enter his current position.
Zac holds certifications such as Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) from the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) and is a LEED Green Associate through the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). He is an active member of the Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA) and sits on the Education Committee for the ABA.
Zac is also on the Board for the Supervisory Training Program and teaches classes at the ABA, as well as guest lectures at Arizona State University. In addition, he is a graduate of the ABA’s 2020 Leadership Development Forum Class. Zac earned his bachelor’s degree in construction science and management from Kansas State University.
He was honored with a Top 20 under 40 award by Engineering News Record in 2024.
