He began his career as a cement mason and has steadily advanced through field leadership, estimating, project management, and executive operations roles. His expertise spans large-scale infrastructure, water treatment, vertical construction, and complex project delivery. Jake partners with internal teams and clients to drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and has worked to expand AP’s presence in the Rochester market.
He is passionate about building strong partnerships and believes that lasting success comes from trust, accountability, and hands-on leadership. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, with a concentration in Operations Management. Jake also holds an associate degree in Individual Technical Studies and completed his Cement Mason Apprenticeship in 2010.
Jake is a certified PMP and an active member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and the Minnesota Concrete Council (MCC).
