Allie not only manages external, client-facing initiatives but also leads the efforts to create a positive internal culture. During her tenure at AP, Allie has led several initiatives, including strategic planning, event planning, pursuit processes, and brand management. With a passion for building relationships, Allie has been actively involved in industry organizations such as the Minnesota Construction Association (MCA), the Association of Women Contractors (AWC), and the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).
She has served on various committees and held leadership positions such as Secretary, Vice President, President, and Past President during her eight-year tenure on the MCA’s Board of Directors. She was also recognized as Member of the Year in 2018. Allie holds a bachelor’s degree in Professional Strategic Communications – Public Relations from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
