Addisu is an integral part of AP’s success when it comes to generating work with repeat clients in Central Texas due to his extensive background in the healthcare, municipal and justice, and higher education markets. He has a track record of successfully managing projects, and his career reflects a commitment in both scope and scale by generating over $580 million of work throughout the past 20 years, as of 2024. Addisu’s passion and commitment to service-oriented and collaborative approaches has secured repeat clients in both the public and private sectors.
His favorite project to date is Rio Vista Behavioral Health Hospital in El Paso, TX, as it kicked off a long and trusted partnership with Acadia Healthcare. Addisu holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University, and a masters in operation management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
