111 Washington Square involved the interior build-out of an existing shell space. A section of exterior wall was removed and replaced with floor to ceiling glass storefront which provided views and access to the exterior deck. The precast concrete walls surrounding the outdoor deck were clad in IPE wood and along with the addition of an exterior fireplace, which help to create a warm and inviting space. A prep kitchen and food service counter were added to the building allowing tenants the ability to grab a quick lunch or host a catered event in the space.
