This 462,000-sf high-rise mixed-use condominium is located in downtown Minneapolis. The development consisted of 243 for-sale condominiums and eight custom penthouse units on top of a 342-car parking garage. The ground floor includes 12,000-sf of retail space to accommodate restaurants or specialty shops. The sixth floor is the community’s private amenity space consisting of a fitness center, whirlpool spa, steam room and massage rooms. The sixth floor also includes a cyber café and large media center for hosting parties, community gatherings and similar functions. Unique to this project, the sixth floor also includes a large outdoor green roof area complete with grills, benches, landscaping and turf areas which provides a park-like setting in a downtown, urban environment.
