The Waseca County Public Health and Human Services Building redesign consisted of remodeling a multistory building. TheRemodel consisted of light to medium remodel of approximately 24,000-sf of existing office space. There was an additional four-stop elevator that was included with the scope as well as updating mechanical and electrical systems. This updated space will be used by the County functions of Public Health and Human Services and other support functions. The project includes demolition, concrete, structural steel, mechanical systems, electrical systems, interior fit-up, and site work.
