He has been instrumental in the continued growth of the region. With 24 years of construction experience, he is responsible for the development and strategic direction of AP’s formal expansion into North Dakota. Ryan started his career as a project engineer and moved through the ranks by focusing on building successful teams that deliver complex projects.
His tenet in business is that the health of the team comes first; when the team is motivated and valued, there is nothing that can’t be accomplished. Ryan is involved in the Association of General Contractors (AGC) of North Dakota and was previously a member of the Woodbury Planning Commission. He is also active in many community sports, coaching both youth football and basketball.
Ryan holds a Construction Management degree from Inver Hills Community College and a Marketing Degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
