Since leading the office’s establishment in 2018, Patrick has been a driving force behind AP’s growth in Northern Minnesota. He began his career in the field as a carpenter, laying a hands-on foundation that propelled him into project management, preconstruction, and now executive leadership. With two decades dedicated to K-12 school construction and 10 years in preconstruction, Patrick brings deep expertise in planning, execution, and client-focused delivery.
He is an active member of several Duluth and Iron Range organizations including the Duluth Chamber, APEX, Downtown Duluth and RAMS, but is most proud of AP’s support of community focused events that support the Duluth and Iron Range communities. Patrick attended Bemidji State University, Bemidji, MN and the North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton, ND.
