He is a driven and quality-focused team leader with nearly 30 years of experience in construction management, scheduling and estimating. A skilled interpersonal communicator, Dave has a gift for successfully managing large projects from concept to completion and a long track record of building long-term relationships. Dave is a LEED-accredited professional and has served on boards of directors for the St. Paul’s Builders Exchange and the Minnesota Construction Association.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Construction Engineering from Iowa State University.
