As Senior Director of Preconstruction, Tommy Meserole leads the Gulf States region's preconstruction and estimating department.

His responsibilities include the development of preconstruction strategies on large, complex and high-risk projects while ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic goals. He is responsible for ensuring the performance and accountability of the preconstruction department is consistent with project planning, scope and budget. Tommy believes in a collaborative approach throughout preconstruction and construction using open communication, historical data, and lessons learned to accomplish each project’s required goals.

Tommy has led preconstruction efforts on a wide variety of both public and private commercial construction projects throughout his career generating more than one billion dollars of work. Some of his favorite and most memorable projects include a public safety training facility for the City of Austin, a state-of-the-art, modern indoor private gun range with a unique air filtration system for The Range at Austin, and three restaurants, a brewery, numerous retail stores, and a parking garage overlooking Lake Travis cliffside in Oasis, Texas. His vast experience also includes office, industrial, mission critical, healthcare, higher education, K-12 education, and multi-family projects.

Tommy is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, receiving a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
