He is responsible for strategic planning and leadership throughout the region, risk management and operational decisions, working with regional leadership to develop and implement strategy, develop business plans and drive business results. Jeff enjoys training team members and takes pride in developing the next generation of builders. He believes relationships are the most important part of business, and through watching the team’s growth, Jeff finds the most fulfillment, knowing he plays a role in guiding their development.
Throughout his 27+ year construction career, Jeff has generated nearly $800 million worth of work as of 2025 and supported notable award-winning projects such as Las Cruces Federal Courthouse, Austin Federal Courthouse and the Texas Facilities Commission Barbara Jordan State Office Building. He has also brought his talents to the behavioral health sector fulfilling his passion to help underserved communities dealing with mental health issues. Jeff is LEED AP certified and holds a bachelor’s degree in construction science from Texas A&M University in College Station.
