In this executive role, Jared oversees the company’s safety strategy at the enterprise level, ensuring consistency, alignment, and excellence across all regions and projects nationwide. Jared has been instrumental in shaping AP’s industry-leading safety culture. His leadership has driven measurable improvements, enhanced engagement, and helped embed a people-first approach to safety across the organization.

He continues to advance AP’s safety programs by developing strategic initiatives, aligning corporate safety policies, and providing operational support to project teams across the country. Known for his proactive, hands-on leadership style, Jared works closely with project teams and regulatory agencies to identify potential risks and implement effective, site-specific mitigation strategies. He is a strong advocate for AP’s Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture, fostering an environment of genuine care, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Jared’s deep expertise, collaborative mindset, and passion for ensuring every worker returns home safely each day are central to AP’s ongoing success and reputation as a safety-first contractor. Jared holds a master’s degree in environmental health from the University of Minnesota Duluth and is a Certified Safety Professional through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
