Frank has more than 20 years of operations, financial and technical leadership experience in the construction industry. Frank leads a team of highly skilled individuals whose focus is to ensure project management and construction related processes are executed to drive successful outcomes that provide positive experiences for both AP’s customers and project teams. Frank has long been a champion of Lean Construction and ‘grass roots’ based innovation in the field.
His innovation framework has allowed AP to expand their number and quality of innovations occurring in the field along with the urgency in which AP democratizes them to all team members. Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University and his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
